Quality control and Third party inspection (Civil works, Tools and equipments and Electronics & electrical)

MARSS-K is one the empanelled agency for 3rd Party inspection of Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR), Government of Karnataka, from 2010 onwards .It has rendered its services in the field of inspection, monitoring and quality control of all kinds of civil works under MGNREGS like drinking water supply, sanitation, horticulture and sericulture, roads & open drainages etc. It has carried out inspection of works worth of more than Rs.145 crores in Davangere, Dharwad, Haveri, Bellary and Chitradurga Zilla Panchayat. It has submitted the reports of the inspections and Zilla Panchayat has rewarded for the consultancy works and inspection. Appreciating the above good services and our engineering staff efficiency, Mr. Aditya Amlan Biswas, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Chitradurga, Mr. N. Jayaram, CEO, ZP, selected MARSS-K for doing third party inspection, Monitoring, Quality Controlling and technical advice to implemented civil works under district administration, ZP & Panchayat Raj and Engineering. This programme was supported by Mr. Gopal, CEO, ZP, Chitradurga district, Mr. Tippeswamy, EO-TP, Challakere, Mr. Govindareddy, Ombudsman, MGNREGS, ZP, Chitradurga and Mr. Hanumanthappa, EE-PRE, ZP and team. The following works are been entrusted:

1. Total sanitation Campaign:

Inspection of civil Works like ditch clearing, eradication of the open defecation, house to toilet constructions and UGD Connections etc.

2. Rural Drinking water Project:

Inspection of Rajeev Gandhi Drinking water mission , formation of Pipe line works , place of unit identification , implementation of units , water supply to the unit, clarification of the water supply to Community and its distribution can be tackled.

3. Departments building construction and maintenance:

Inspection of implementation of hostel, Schools, Anganawadi Center, Compound walls, Repairs of existing buildings , Panchyath Buildings , Community Halls and various public utility builds are inspected , monitored and evaluated.

4. BRGF:

Inspection of civil works among that water supply and sanitation, Houses was one of the works are inspected, monitored and evaluated. Inspection of school infrastructure and equipments were done under BRGF.

5. 13th Finance Grant:

Inspection of projects of road development, infrastructure inspection of community halls, open drainage and UGD, Water supply are inspected, monitored and evaluated.

6. Chief Minister Rural Road Development Grant:

Inspection and evaluation of construction of roads and causeways.

7. Grant for President of Zilla Panchayat and ZP, TP& GP Development fund :

Under this grant our organisation inspected and evaluated the Name boards, Area board , bus stop Shelters , lake development , parks etc.

8. Anirbhandita Yojane:

Inspection and evaluation of Anganawadi Center, Compound walls , Repairs of existing buildings etc were performed.

9. Suvarna Gramodhaya Yojane :

we have inspected all civil works in selected villages under Suvarna Gramodhya Yojane among which water supply and sanitation was prime priority and also formation of new layouts of selected villages of the project.
