Dear Sir,

We are happy to know that you are supporting community development projects All Over India and we are ready to partner with you and are legally binding to the following terms and conditions:

1. We will spend funds received from you in consultation and agreement with your project leader (President, MARSS-K) and always endorse MARSS-K as our Parent Organisation in website, projects, branding, etc.

2. We will maintain proper accounts, purchase as per tax paid bills and make payments with proper receipts and ID proofs.

3. We will engage our employees in meaningful community service and assist them in deriving proper results from their volunteering.

4. We will not use funds for any other purpose other than for the project specified and agreed upon.

5. We will take all precautionary measures to safe guard the interest of MARSS-K and shall at all times, devote our full attention and skill to the Social Welfare and will endeavour to our utmost ability to promote, follow and advance the objectives of the MARSS-K.

6. We will use funds for non-political, non-religious and public charitable causes only.

7. We will take all steps to protect the assets donated to the project and their effective utilization.We will be responsible to safeguard the confidentiality of MARSS-K.

8. We will submit accounts statement along with copies of bills and evidences after
